Apple Watch Repair Question

Hi, I was having trouble with my Apple Watch because it wouldn’t keep its charge. I called Apple support and they told me to send it off so they could look and fix the issue. However, now the details on the repair say “No trouble was found.” I was wondering if anyone knew what this meant. Does that mean they fixed the issue or they didn’t find one? I obviously know there is an issue because Apple Support themselves told me there was one. This is a brand new Apple Watch that won’t keep its charge and it’s going to be really frustrating if they didn’t actually fix anything when I sent it off. If anyone could help me that’d be great.

If it says “No trouble was found.” it means they tested it and were not able to find a defect.

You should try and set the watch up as new when you revive it, its possible its one of the apps on it that cause it to drain fast.
