Return the iPad to Walmart. It likely was returned by someone else who configured it for use on a school network.

Return to Walmart, get your money back and purchase something much newer than an over 9-year old iPad 2.

There are virtually no more compatible apps available from the Apple iOS App Store from such an old iPad.
