Buying a 2019 MacBook Pro from a private seller

I’m Buying a 2019 MacBook Pro from a private seller. He factory reset it and said there’s no iCloud lock, he then said he will create an account and sign to show that he has no iCloud lock. So now I’m curious to know is there anything else I should be worried about if that checks out?

Once he creates an account, its under his name, and not yours. Only he could disassociate from his account. After 90 days, only could this be associated to another account.
