Shipping Status

Hello! has anybody ordered from Apple Online lately? ordered personalized AirPods Pro, and it was shipped immediately the day after ordering it. but upon tracking it from May 22,2020 which was the shipping date up to now it stills says "Shipment Picked Up" it's been 3 weeks already. Is anybody experiencing the same shipping issue?
