iTunes- PayPal issue

This appeared as I was trying to pay for a song on iTunes. I was paying through PayPal which is linked to my account but it is not processing it? I have used this method of payment before with no issues but now there seems to be a problem?

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with a payment that isn't going through.


Since this issue seems associated with PayPal, I'd advise contacting them first to see if there is an issue with your account.


But also have a look at these articles: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store and Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods.
