Why does my phone not backup and tells me I have no storage left when I have used 139.8 of 256 please

For backup you need iCloud storage--> Buy more iCloud storage - Apple Support

Alternatively you can backup using iTunes on PC --> Back up your iOS or iPadOS device in iTunes on PC - Apple ...
