My phone won’t backup even though I have enough space

How are you trying to back up your iPhone?

Do you receive any error messages when you try to complete the backup?

Please remember if you are trying to backup your phone via iCloud, then the free 5GB storage, may not be enough to back up the contents of your phone.

If you are having trouble backing up your device wirelessly via iCloud, you might want to try backing it up via iTunes and your computer, or vice versa.
