N Key stopped working

Hi. The 'N" has stopped working on my work laptop. I have the MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) which I've had since November. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot before sending it back? I've read that the 'butterfly' keyboards are prone to issues?

You can try cleaning the keyboard using these Apple instructions:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205662

Make sure to keep the can of compressed air completely upright or you will damage the laptop by blowing out freezing cold liquid.
