whenever i try to listen to a podcast it says, episode contains explicit content how can i fix this?!!

You can't. Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions? You appear to have restrictions set in Screen Time. The restriction needs to be turned off if you want to listen to the podcast.
