Software update
I buy new iPhone XS, and I cant update software because of this issue.
I restore from my backup.

I'm glad you decided to reach out on the Apple Support Communities. It looks like you’re not able to complete the iOS update because your iPhone is in the process of completing an iCloud backup.
It’s been a few days since your post. Have you been able to finish the iCloud backup? If so, were you able to update your iPhone?
