How do I change the photo on my short cut for my iCloud please?

Open settings > click on the right arrow on your name displayed on the screen > you can click on edit on the encircle > from the bottom click on choose photo , you can select All photos ( click on the right arrow and click on desired photo and click on choose , in few moments the photo will be saved on Apple ID , iCloud , iTunes .
