tried to get on my Ipad with finger recognition and it told me to enter my password, which I did do but did not recognize the password. Now I can not log on at all.

Cannot log into new Ipad, finger recognition does not work, tried password that I used when transferring info from old Ipad but does not work.

You'll need to follow the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
