I bought an iPad to my litlle one and tried to put the password too many times , now the iPad is saying disabled to get to iTunes .. don’t know what that is

It means the iPad is locked because the password was inputted incorrectly too many times. The only thing that you can do now is connect the iPad to a computer with iTunes and let iTunes restore the iPad. This will however, take everything that is on the iPad and wipe it clean, but at this point there is no other options.
