Free 1 year Apple TV+ offer not showing up
I bought a new Mac Book Air and received an email regarding the free 1 year offer for Apple TV+. Every time I launch Apple TV I am only getting the 7 day free offer. Please help.

If the Mac was purchased from Apple or an authorized reseller then it would qualify, refurbished or open box items from other sellers would not count. The offer is tied to the device, so it would need to be claimed on the Mac. If it was a previous purchase, the offer is valid for 3 months after device activation and after that time it will expire.
