I don't remember activing a screen time pass code now I'm having problem with the passcode cause all my accounts I use a single passcode but screen time keeps saying wrong passcode

Perhaps you had set a Restrictions passcode before iOS 13.
yes, i have read the entire article and even tried it. when u clicked on Forgot Passcode, it will ask you for your apple id and password then the old passcode that you used for the screen time. Try for yourself.
I'm having this same exact experience on an iPad that has the latest version of iOS 13.5.1
The iPad is sharing screen time with an iPhone where I can successfully use the passcode to turn screen time on/off. For some reason my iPad just refuses to accept that same passcode and it also refuses to accept when I decide to turn off sharing of screen time from the iPhone.
This solution seems to have some issues ... I'm happy to walk someone from Apple Support through the issue if you like.
