hello I have problem I forget screen time passcode and I enter my Apple ID to change screen time passcode but didn’t work why ?

Minimum Requirements are: iOS 13.4 or later, and the Apple ID & Password that were used to set up that ScreenTime passcode.
Then follow the steps provided in this support article:--> If you forgot your Screen Time passcode – Apple Support
