Hi, I forgot screen time passcode so have changed screen time passcode with apple id but it's not working. I have tried again but showing failed attempt. However id is working fine. Please help urgently

So to change the screen time pasccode with apple id u need to enter the apple is that u used when u set up screen time .If u cant resset it and doesnt want it u can restore ur device but u should not take a backup because u will be in the same situation

I was using correct id and changed the screen time passcode but while trying to access with new passcode it's not working. So i tried again the same process but this time when i am entering apple id passcode getting failed attempt message and unable to change passcode
