As you will discover, unless you are the owner of the AppleID that was last used to activate the device, or unless you can secure the cooperation of the previous owner, you’ll not be able to defeat or bypass the Activation Lock. Without documentary evidence that you are the original owner (such as sales receipt showing the serial number), Apple won’t assist - and nobody here will be able to help you.

If you forget your password, you can reset it from your device or your Apple ID account page.
If you can't find your Apple ID or reset your password, you'll lose access to your account and might be unable to use or reactivate your device.
It has activation lock on it. And I’ve had the tablet since I was 11 and I have it to my brother to try to fix it and he couldn’t because of the Apple ID I had put and I don’t remember it and I put it in iTunes I tried doing a Apple ID in iTunes
