How to unlock iPhone from carrier
I brought from Facebook before I buy it work and when I try to another carrier it locked the phone is unlock phone

Ask the carrier it's locked to if they'll unlock it, or sell it to a customer of that carrier.
Note that if it's also activation-locked, you won't be able to use it unless the person who set the lock removes it. In this case, you may need to ask the seller or Facebook for a refund.
