I'm trying to set up my new I phone 11.

While transferring all the data from my old iPhone 7 to the new 11 via the cloud I have an issue arise.

On starting the transfer the old phone gave a message “you can new continue set up on your new phone” The new IPhone 11 however started set up then seemed to get stuck and is saying “updating iCloud settings” with a spinning wheel. It’s been stuck for hours.

can you let me know what I should do? I don’t want to damage the new device
