My App is Crashing After iOS 13.5.1 Upgrade

Hello Everyone

We have developed an iOS native app and it was working well for accessibility and voice over (for blind people) till iOS 13.4.1 and when we upgraded to 13.5.1 the app start crashing in each and every click for the accessibility and voice over enabled, any clue here please?
