Fastest way to publish our podcast
I heard that it might take days or even weeks to publish a podcast. Is there any faster way or possibility to have the podcast published right after everything was uploaded?

Do you mean an entire new podcast or an episode in an existing podcast?
For a new podcast, the process is described at http://wilmut.uk. Once submitted, the podcast has to be assessed by the staff to make sure you haven't breached any of the rules about content. This can take from a few days to two weeks or so, depending on how busy they are.
Once your podcast is up and running you can add episodes without having to go through a submission process. Subscribers will see new episodes pretty well immediately, but the Store caches the feeds and visits them in some sort of rotation (there are many thousands) so it can take up to two days, occasionally more, for an episode to appear in the Store: it can be less, it just depends on where you are in the checking cycle.
