Any quick way of accessing the Transform on-screen tools?

Whenever I want to resize a clip I can do it instantly from the Inspector but if I want to reposition it, I have to open the Transform tool at the bottom left of the Viewer.

Is there any way of accessing the on-screen tools without clicking at the bottom left of the Viewer?

Shift-T actívates transform for a selected clip. You can also use the transform values for x,y in the Inspector without turning on the transform function.
