iPhone 11 frozen after update

While loading the new update over night on my iPhone 11, I woke up to find my phone stuck on a black screen with the apple logo with a fully loaded status bar. It has been this way for a while. when I push any button on my phone, it says that the iPhone will restart after the download is complete. It appears to be complete. I tried forcing a restart. That did not work. Also, the phone is very hot.

What do I do?
