How to turn off the voice on Apple TV 4K. I have tried all the usual things and its still talking!

Yes and Siri was turned off in Settings. We had the nasty voice over for 5 days before we figured it out. By turning on Siri in Settings I was able to just tell it to turn voiceover off. Thanks for your response.
