hi Ihave my ipad connected to my computer right now, because it will not restart. I got it to show the part that states support.apple.com/ipad/restore at the top of the ipad, but when I push the up volume, and down then power, but it will not restart
I cannot get my ipad to come on. It just shows a white screen, with a black apple in the middle. I did get it to show the statement where it shows support.apple.com/ipad/restore and the picture at the bottom showing the cord plugging in. So I pushed the volume up, and down and then held the power button in but it still will not restart.
