Netlix keeps crashing when im watching it on my MacBook

ive had to restart Netflix website and my MacBook multiple times cause it keeps giving me the error S7361-1253. which says:

Check the version of your operating system

Select the Apple icon located in the upper left corner of the screen.

Select About this Mac to see the version.

If the version is 10.11 (El Capitan) or higher, click Start Chat (Start Live Chat) or Call Us (Call Us) to contact customer service.

If the version is less than 10.11, follow the steps below to update the operating system.
