AirPod doesn’t work properly

Hello Apple guys... here what’s happening with my 1st generation AirPods. My right AirPod is running out of battery extremely faster than the left one and it constantly loses connection when I’m on the phone in a call.. like 5 minutes call and it’s gone, then I have to remove both AirPods and put back only the left one to continue. I don’t know if both problems are related. Nevertheless, I’ll appreciate any guidance on what I should do with it.
