Has anyone sent back a AirPod replacement and still the repair status says Part returns pending mid way?
Since all situations are different, especially during the current situation, Apple may not have received the package. Did you send it in with a tracking number? So, have you checked that? Or did you insure it?

Yes I talked with a senior advisor and they checked the dispatch and they say it’s there but they haven’t scanned it or something to not say

but why is it taking so long it arrived at Apple June 9 but they haven’t scanned it what is taking so long?
We do not know because we are all other users and do not work for Apple. you will need to continue to stay in touch with Apple.
