my Emergency SOS continues to go off on my watch

Try turning the watch around like this;

FYI: Yesterday, I was working in the yard and my wrist was on the ground bent 90º and the work gloves were pressing the side buttons such that it kept triggering the emergency SOS mode.

I did exactly what fieryjack is suggesting, and it solved the problem for the rest of the day.
