Emergency SOS issues
My watch continues to have the Cancel Power Off/Emergency SOS when I raise my wrist to look at the time. I had to disengage the Emergency SOS after the 3rd call to 911. I have the series 4.

Try unpairing and pairing your watch again and restoring from the backup. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system. Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support If this does not help you should Contact - Official Apple Support. Good luck

Are your watch & phone both running the latest software?

As a test, reverse the directions of the buttons on your wrist, and see if the problem persists.
Assuming jewelry or wrist bands or sleeve cuffs or a bent wrist are not pressing both side buttons, contact Apple Support.
Yes, both were updated last week.
That did not make any difference, whether I put it upside down or change it to my other wrist. Additionally, I cannot get to my apps. Nothing happens when I press the crown.
