I'm facing "No Service" issue after upgrading to ios 13.5.1 on my iphone 7, my sim is fine on other phone, but when i insert it in to iphone it is giving no service issue. i tried resting network setting & all settings still issue not resovled.

It could be a faulty update. Make a backup and reinstall iOS in DFU mode.
Having the exact same problem with my iphone 7 in Europe (Portugal). The battery is draining like never.
I´ve also tried to reset network settings and erased all content and settings (factory settings) with no success.
Hope it would be possible to downgrade to 13.5
Got my iphone 7 model A1778 on june 2017. Not eligible for a free repair program, as it´s no longer under warranty.
