greyed out bluetooth and says unavailable on it how do i fix it on latest ios version and hard reset and factory reset

already have done everything i could have now i need help i cant even turn on the blue tooth at all

3. If the issue remains after steps 1 and 2, I recommend setting up a repair for your device. iPhone Repair and Service - Apple
