I own a ipad mini a1432 which I bought about 8 years ago. When my son came to visit me the device connected to my wifi and said it needed a software update. After the restart we needed to log in again but now my son nor my ex wife can remember what the id and password is. I tried apple but because I don't have the proof of purchase any more due to its been so long time ago, the divorce ect. They don't want to help me. Can someone please assist me
