Upgrade MacBook air from 10.11.16 to 10.13.0 or later / Need Microsoft Outlook compatible with 10.11.16

please I'm starter with MAC devices an applications.

I need your help to upgrade a MackBook Air from 10.11.16 to 10.13 or later version to install Microsoft Office 365 to use Outlook.

If any can also have Outlook compatible with 10.11.16 version, please share with me.
