How can I change the settings of my Smart Keyboard Folio? Suddenly, I cannot use the arrow keys for simple navigation (one character left/right or one line up/down) anymore. No idea why.

Settings >Accessibility > Keyboards > full Keyboard Access > commands
Are those the only keys which do not work right?
Does this happen in all apps, including Mail, Message, Notes, Pages?
Yes, these seem to be the only keys that have changed their function. It does happen in several apps (Mail, Notes, Pages, Word).
I selected the standard settings. At first, nothing seemed to have changed. But after restarting the iPad the problem was solved. Thanks so much!
