I ordered an iPhone nearly a week ago, still hasn't arrived

I ordered a phone nearly a week ago, still hasn't arrived..today i checked the order status and it says it was delivered last Friday, yet i still haven't received it. i checked my address, and it is all correct, tried calling but there is a long queue.

Question about my order got no updated Hi everybody! I’m curious and have a little bit question to ask. Well I have ordered Iphone 15 from Apple Store of course and the App said my item will be arrived in Oct 18 - Oct 25 2023. I know that there’s still 2 weeks left but the status appear to be “Proceeding Item” I’m curious that is this normal? My order is still processing I have ordered an iPhone 13 5 days ago and it is still processing. The estimated window of delivery is nov 15-nov 17. Should I wait or should I be worried?
