I ordered a iPhone 11 and I paid extra for quick shipping but the package hasn’t arrived. When I check the delivery status, it says delivered but it is not here yet. I really don’t know what to do and who to contact but I need help. If any of you guys know a phone number or email that I can contact, please share it with me. Thank you!!!

Was the carrier FedEx or UPS? If it shows delivered you might want to also check with them. Plus double check the address on your order.

Be sure you have your order number handy when you call. You should have received an email when your device shipped that had a tracking link. Check your junk mail.
The problem is that it says that there was no carrier for the iPhone. It just says delivered but doesn’t give me any other information. I’m also not sure how to contact Apple so I can share this information with them. Do you know a phone number I can call for help?
Track the shipping (probably UPS) from the email Apple sent you.
It has to have a shipper.
It's not going to walk to your house.
