how to use Screen Time while in Windows 10?

I recently added Windows 10 via Bootcamp to my iMac running Catalina 10.15.5; it went flawlessly. However, my son has discovered that his Screen Time limits are not tracked or enforced while logged in to Windows 10. Naturally, he's delighted; I have found that Windows 10 has its own Screen Time feature, but as far as I know it doesn't share usage info with Catalina. How can I have Catalina monitor and keep track of screen time even when a child is on Windows 10?

As far as I know, there's no way to share that usage information. The Bootcamp partition is like literally running another computer with a separate OS on it. You should use the Windows built-in screen time features independently.
