developer enroll

Hi.

I have 2 weeks trying to Enroll Developer.

When I carry out the process from my phone with the DEVELOPER application and enter with the ID and verify the personal data, at the moment of continuing it indicates that I should contact the Technical Department. I cannot continue with the Enroll and the technical department could not solve me.

Has anyone had this problem before?
