Hello,
You cannot. iPad Pro 12.9-inch (1st generation) uses a completely different form factor that just is not compatible with the new Magic Keyboard.
You don't.
The new Magic Keyboard is ONLY for the newest style/model 2018/2020 iPad Pro models.
