Apple watch face fell off

Apple watch face is dangling and spoke with a rep about repair. Its a first generation. She had me un pair the watch. Gave all my details and then sent me a link where I have to pay $200 for repair. This is outrageous!!! I am so mad. I tried to call back and express my concerns. This is not my fault. There is not damage to the watch, based on google serach, I am not the first person this has happened. I want the watch replaced. All the stores are closed in my area. How to I get in touch with someone to voice my concern and anger about this "solution" ?
