Hi, so i by accidentally clicked the 3 dots in one of my text messages and pressed delete all as well is their anyway i can get those messages back?

If you don’t house your messages in iCloud, they are saved on your latest iPhone backup. Restore that backup to retrieve the messages that were present when the backup was created.
