Hello I accidentally touched the delete all button on messages because I thought it was just delete message so I clicked it and it has important info in that chat so I was wondering if you guys can help me get my messages back

IF you have not activated iCloud Messages and IF those messages are in your last backup your can restore your iPhone from your backup and retrieve them. You will lost any data added since the date/time of that backup.
