Airpods issues

My son bought me a pair of AirPods Pro for my birthday and he lost the receipt.


Now I need to take it for a repair and they will ask me for proof of purchase.


What can I do?

Hey Tigeracosta,


Usually, the serial number on the product is more then enough to find the date of purchase, coverage and perform repairs on the product per-se.


To find the serial number you can check out this link: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT209371


Then if you want to check if its under warranty: https://checkcoverage.apple.com


And to open a case you can start at: https://support.apple.com/airpods and click on Get Support.
