i cant use my top bar in recovery mode

I have Macbook Pro mid 2012, i can go to recovery mode. But my top bar is not working. I want disable sip actually and i cant access my terminal too bad. Any help?

Try Single User mode or Verbose mode (⌘+S or ⌘+V). I hope you understand the risk of disabling SIP.
