when "import" from my iPhone..
it keep asking me to unlock my iPhone...
But I have my iPhone unlock still cannot 'Import'
please help... I buy this iMac for backup my phone better.. but take me too much time to SYNC my phone and got nothing!
You can backup on both Mac and PC, more or less the same way except on Mac Catalina.
