Strange message

Hi, I have experienced a strange message popping up screen recently, it shows ‘iweek.me is not verified’ , it can appear at anytime, I have deleted few APPS which I have installed lately, rested my iPhone, it’s still happening. I’m wondering if my iPhone X has been hacked or which App causes? Please help! Thank you in advance.
