Even when accessibility turned off, get this wired highlight across css buttons in all the websites

Hi,

I get this wired highlight over buttons across the pages in Google Chrome in my macbook even when the accessibility settings/ keyboard navigation settings are turned on, I have already google and found https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204434 Mac accessibility settings can cause these css focus.

image form some random website that also used css and this bug was present. In google chrome its highlighted in blue and in Edge Beta its highlighted in Black

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...


Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.


Does it work in the new account?
