After Homebrew installation compinit complains about insecure directories

Good morning everyone,

After I have installed Homebrew, whenever Terminal window opens new zsh than compinit complains about insecure directories:

zsh compinit: insecure directories, run compaudit for list.

Ignore insecure directories and continue [y] or abort compinit [n]?

compaudit output as follows:

There are insecure directories:

/usr/local/share/zsh/site-functions

/usr/local/share/zsh

I know that’s probably because Homebrew’s install script changed group permissions on these directories.

Can someone provide info please, what are the macOS default permissions on /user/local/share directories? (Preferably someone who doesn’t have Homebrew installed.)

Do you guys know why Homebrew needs to change permissions on these directories?

Thanks a lot for any info, have great day everyone.
